About the Program
The Banner Ad Rotation program on our network is pretty simple and straight forward. You send us your 468x60 banner and we'll rotate it throughout our site randomly along with our other partner banners. We do not offer pop-up banners or pop-under banners. The banner is positioned at the top of each page on our site. Examples of the exact location can be seen here:

Banner Requirements
468x60 pixels in dimension.
File types accepted are JPEG, GIF and SWF (Flash).
Max file sizes: 25k for JPEG/GIF files, 40k for Flash.
Animation loops can be unlimited.
Banner content must be appropriate for all ages.
Vendor Requirements
In order to participate in this program, you must meet the following requirements:
You must have a current website we can point users to.
You must offer a product/service somewhat relevant to the focus of our website.

The most popular form of online advertising is banner ads. A banner is a rectangular graphic positioned on a webpage for the purpose of advertising. The way banner rotations work is this: your banner is put into a database with other ad banners. A script is run to randomly display a banner each time a new page is loaded. For example, every time a user loads the homepage of our site, a new banner is displayed randomly. You can hit refresh a couple of times and you'll see different banners show up each time.
The most common way websites charge for banner advertising is "CPM", which means price per thousand impressions. Each time your banner is displayed counts as an impression. For example, say we charge $1 CPM (not our actual rate - just an example), or in other words, $1 per thousand impressions. That means you're paying $1 for every 1,000 times your banner is displayed on our site. If you purchase 100,000 impressions, you'd end up paying $100 and your banner would be displayed on our site 100,000 times. You choose the timeframe in which those impressions will be used up. You can have all 100,000 show up in the span of a month or spread them out over 3 months. In most cases, you get the best bang for your buck when you choose to have a minimum of 50k per month displayed. Typically, the more exposure in a shorter period of time, the better.
